Welcome to the Southern Counties Training Association (SCTA).

OUR MISSION: SCTA works cooperatively to share information and resources to promote excellence in training.

OUR MEMBERSHIP: Representatives from Southern California probation agencies, sheriff’s departments, police departments, and any other public agency who is a participant in the State of California Standards and Training for Corrections program, may be accepted as active regular members of the SCTA. Regular membership in the Southern Counties Training Association is open to eligible participants from the following counties: Imperial, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura.
